KIDS INSTRUCTOR
Sophia is a blackbelt under Alfredo Barum since 2017 and has been doing Brazilian jiu jitsu for 17 years. She has been competing in ADCC, IBJJF and multiple events like fight2win, submission on the shore, Art suave elite etc. She has 13 years of experience teaching Brazilian jiujutsu and women’s self defense.
